WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) \u2014 An urgent search is underway for a missing and endangered man last seen in western Palm Beach County <\/a>over the Fourth of July weekend<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office<\/a> said it is looking for Toni Martinez, who was last seen on July 5 at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the area of Southern Boulevard<\/a> and Guava Avenue.<\/p>\n

Authorities said Martinez was on foot when he was last seen.<\/p>\n

Martinez was last seen wearing a dark gray T-shirt, shorts of an unknown color, black socks and black Crocs, according to the sheriff’s office.<\/p>\n

PBSO said Martinez has been diagnosed with dementia, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and is considered endangered.<\/p>\n
