But Parker, a WNBA game and studio analyst for Prime Video and three-time WNBA champion, believes players\u2019 views of Clark are about more than just pure analysis.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019ve got some insecurities if you\u2019re sitting down and putting Caitlin Clark as the 11th-best guard,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=J1K76RqmV_E\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Parker said on the Post Moves podcast<\/a>, which she cohosts with Clark\u2019s Fever teammate, Aliyah Boston. \u201cY\u2019all need to go to a therapist and figure out what childhood issues you have.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Candace Parker saying Caitlin Clark being voted as the 11th-best guard by WNBA players is \u201ccrazy\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019ve got some insecurities if you\u2019re sitting down and putting Caitlin Clark as the 11th-best guard. The pattern was impossible to miss and has become the subject of online fan scrutiny.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wholeheartedly believe that there needs to be some rules with the WNBA players, because this is getting out of hand,\u201d Parker said. \u201cCaitlin Clark voted the 11th-best guard by WNBA players, that\u2019s crazy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Athletic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/7418403\/2026\/07\/03\/los-angeles-sparks-voting-incomplete-wnba-all-star\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">reported<\/a> that the Los Angeles Sparks failed to distribute All-Star voting ballots to its players, which may explain Plum\u2019s low finish and could have affected the Fever stars\u2019 placement as well.<\/p>\n<p>Among the guardrails for players voting pitched by Parker was a rule against voting for teammates.
