The latest annual report from Ubisoft is over 300 pages and features new insights into their business. In a turbulent time for the company, which has seen multiple layoffs and project cancellations, average employee competition has dropped year over year to \u20ac69,399; last year, it was reported as \u20ac71,940. In American dollars, this is a decrease from approximately $82,123 to approximately $79,222.<\/p>\n

Additionally, it\u2019s reported<\/a> that the share of employees under 30 at the company decreased to 19.6% from 23.7% the year before. Overall, there are 16,590 employees at Ubisoft as of March of this year. 14,704 of those employees work in game production, and the other 11% work in publishing.
