I want to thank <a href=\"https:\/\/pepperdinewaves.com\/sports\/womens-tennis\/roster\/coaches\/tassilo-schmid\/904\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"904\" target=\"_blank\">Tassilo Schmid<\/a> for this great opportunity and I look forward to learning from him each day. Go Waves. NSR&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1263\" data-start=\"853\">During his time with the Hatters, Ozzor compiled an impressive singles record, featuring marks of 17-4 in 2025 and 14-4 in 2024. In doubles, he logged a 5-1 total record across his junior and senior campaigns. He was a member of the Hatters squad that advanced to the ASUN Championship match in 2025, as Ozzor clinched in the semifinals with the match tied 3-3.<\/p>\n<p>His freshman season saw Ozzor burst onto the scene with an 11-2 overall singles mark including a 6-1 record in conference play. He was named to the ASUN All-Freshman Team following his standout debut campaign.<\/p>\n<p>Before his collegiate career, Ozzor was among Florida&#8217;s top junior players. A graduate of Spruce Creek High School, he was named Mr. Tennis in Florida, captured a state singles championship and claimed the Bobby Curtis Boys 18s title in 2020. He achieved the No. 1 USTA ranking in both the Boys 16s and 18s divisions and was ranked as high as No. 1 in the state while also earning a four-star recruit rating and a top-100 national ranking.<\/p>\n<p>Off the court, Ozzor earned ASUN Academic Honor Roll recognition and graduated from Stetson in 2025 with a degree in finance.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">ABOUT PEPPERDINE WOMEN&#8217;S TENNIS<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nPepperdine women&#8217;s tennis has been a consistent powerhouse in the collegiate scene, reaching 40 NCAA Tournaments since 1982 including 28 straight appearances. Since 2018, the program has seen three national runner-ups between both singles and doubles while reaching an NCAA Regional as a team eight times in the past nine tournaments. The success at the conference level has been paramount with 33 WCC Championships.
