He did not provide financial information or any other detail about the agreement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The 24-year-old Adeyemi missed preseason fitness checks Sunday at Dortmund, which said the player was involved in transfer talks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019re very excited about Adeyemi,\u201d Laporta said. \u201cWe\u2019ve liked him for a while. He\u2019s dangerous and fast.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Adeyemi played for Germany in World Cup qualifying but did not make it to the final squad for the tournament.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">He had an inconsistent season with Dortmund, and last year attracted headlines for complaining after being substituted during a match.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Adeyemi would be the latest addition to Barcelona\u2019s attack led by Lamine Yamal.
