The company blames the delayed launch on \u201cunexpected production delays.\u201d The original planned launch of the FlexStrike would have lined up with <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.playstation.com\/2026\/02\/12\/marvel-tokon-fighting-souls-arrives-on-ps5-pc-august-6\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the release date<\/a> of Marvel T\u014dkon: Fighting Souls, a Marvel-themed fighting game developed by Arc System Works that PlayStation is publishing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b1 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1\">\u201cWe wanted to share an update on the launch timing for FlexStrike wireless fight stick,\u201d Sony says in <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.playstation.com\/2026\/06\/01\/flexstrike-wireless-fight-stick-27-gaming-monitor-and-pulse-elite-wireless-speakers-new-playstation-hardware-details\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">an update<\/a> to a PlayStation blog post about the controller and other accessories. \u201cDue to unexpected production delays, FlexStrike wireless fight stick will launch at a later date. We will share an update soon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b1 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1\">The FlexStrike costs $199.99, comes with a sling carry case, and includes a built-in rechargeable battery.
