The City of Brampton is reminding residents that they can help keep roads safe by reporting potholes and other road defects as soon as they spot them.<\/p>\n
Residents can submit repair requests through the City\u2019s 311 app or online through Brampton\u2019s 311 service. Reports are forwarded to the city\u2019s Roads Maintenance and Operations team, which responds to potholes and other road deformities on municipal roads.<\/p>\n
However, if a pothole is large enough to pose an immediate danger to drivers or pedestrians, the city is asking residents to report it by calling 311 from within Brampton or 905-874-2000.<\/p>\n
Not every road in Brampton falls under the city\u2019s responsibility, and reporting potholes to the correct agency can help speed up repairs.<\/p>\n

Drivers whose vehicles are damaged by potholes may also need to contact the road authority responsible for maintaining the roadway if they wish to inquire about submitting a damage claim.<\/p>\n
