\u201c90 Day Fianc\u00e9\u201d star Armando Rubio broke down in tears on social media as he continues to worry for his daughter Hannah amid her ongoing medical emergency.<\/p>\n

\u201cI miss my baby girl,\u201d he tearfully shared in his Thursday Instagram video<\/a>, while updating his followers on the latest information regarding Hannah\u2019s condition. <\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t want to lose her. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers, guys,\u201d he continued, thanking his fans and community for showing their support and donating to the family\u2019s GoFundMe campaign<\/a> to assist with paying for Hannah medical bills. <\/p>\n

He added, \u201cYou guys all have been angels through this and made it a little easier even though I can\u2019t be with her. \u201c<\/p>\n

In the Thursday clip, Rubio shared that he\u2019d spoken with Kenny Niedermeier \u2014 his husband who has been staying with Hannah, along with Rubio\u2019s mom, in the Phoenix, Arizona, hospital where she is currently receiving treatments \u2014 who informed him that the latest MRI scans \u201cgave no answers\u201d to the source of her medical situation.<\/p>\n

Rubio said the next step is a procedure that requires them to go in through Hannah\u2019s neck and require her to be under for \u201cone to eight hours,\u201d but will hopefully provide doctors more information as to what is causing her problems.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo it\u2019s definitely scary,\u201d he said. \u201cScary hearing that and scary hearing the neck part.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rubio first opened up about Hannah\u2019s health issues on Tuesday, saying she had complained about not feeling well when he noticed her face was \u201cdroopy\u201d and half her body \u201chad no strength.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hannah was ultimately transferred via ambulance from their small town in Mexico, which didn\u2019t have the proper testing equipment, to an Arizona medical facility \u2014 before being airlifted to the state\u2019s capital.<\/p>\n

Doctors eventually informed the reality star that the 13-year-old was suffering from a brain bleed. <\/p>\n

Later in the week, Rubio shared a follow-up report<\/a> that things had not improved all that much in Hannah\u2019s case.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe doctors are continuing to run more extensive scans as I write this,\u201d the reality star told his Instagram followers Thursday.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe neurologist is still searching for the cause of what happened to Hannah,\u201d he added. \u201cWe\u2019re hoping to have the results from today\u2019s scan sometime tomorrow. If those don\u2019t provide answers, the medical team plans to move forward with a more invasive procedure in the next day or two.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rubio continues to remain in Mexico while his teenager is being treated in America despite the TLC personality\u2019s attempt to cross the border to be by his daughter\u2019s side. <\/p>\n

Rubio explained to Page Six he was forced to stay in Mexico<\/a> after he was turned away at the border since his request for a temporary humanitarian parole was denied, with a US Customs and Border Protection supervisor telling him those hadn\u2019t been granted since 2025.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery parent wants to be at their child\u2019s bedside when they\u2019re sick, and not being able to hold her hand or comfort her has been the hardest thing I\u2019ve ever experienced,\u201d he told us Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Rubio added, \u201cI am doing everything within my power to be reunited with her because, more than anything, she needs her daddy, and I need to be with my little girl.\u201d<\/p>\n
