Chris Pratt<\/a> isn\u2019t going to let politics affect his relationship with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., cousin of the actor\u2019s wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger<\/a>. Pratt defended some of RFK Jr.\u2019s controversial policies on Bill Maher\u2019s podcast Club Random<\/a>, including parts of the Make America Healthy Again campaign. \u201cThere\u2019s certain things that [Kennedy] oversees that seem to be supported in a bipartisan way, like getting terrible, toxic stuff out of our kids\u2019 food,\u201d Pratt told Maher. \u201cI think that\u2019s a great thing. If you just do that, that\u2019s amazing. I\u2019d hate to be so mired in hatred for the president that any success from his administration is something I\u2019d be having an allergic reaction to. To be like, \u2018Oh, well, if they do it, I don\u2019t want it to happen. I\u2019ll put Clorox in my children\u2019s cereal myself!\u2019 Be reasonable here. There\u2019s certain things that would be a good thing to have. I want them all to be successful.\u201d<\/p>\n Pratt goes on to say that he\u2019s not going to \u201cpick [Kennedy\u2019s] brain\u201d regarding policy rumors during family events but wishes him \u201cwell.\u201d \u201cI\u2019ve spent a number of occasions hanging with him just in a strictly family dinner kind of vibe,\u201d Pratt continued. \u201cI really got along with him well. I think he\u2019s great. He\u2019s funny \u2026 I love him \u2026 When you jump on the bandwagon with who is the most divisive president ever, it makes sense that you\u2019re going to be made to look terrible.\u201d If Pratt won\u2019t ruin Thanksgiving this year, maybe Jack Schlossberg will.<\/p>\n Related<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Family.
