The latest look at the PlayStation 5 exclusive shows Logan getting his ass kicked by just about everyone, including the newly revealed Lady Deathstrike. This confirms the adamantium-clawed nemesis will be one of the deadlier foes Logan faces in his journey.<\/p>\n<p>Marvel\u2019s Wolverine has the titular comic book hero and friends tasked with saving fellow mutants from roving bands of mercenaries called Reavers. While these have at various times in the comics been associated with Lady Deathstrike, in the trailer it seems like she\u2019s leading a band of red ninjas as they try to capture Logan. The rest of the trailer, titled \u201cAin\u2019t No Hero,\u201d shows Logan grappling with his history of violence and his inability to escape his past.<\/p>\n<p>Lady Deathstrike\u2019s deal is that her father created the adamantium bonding that was used on Logan, and while she herself is not a mutant, she is essentially a cyborg. Her powers come from having adamantium grafted onto her own skeleton and the addition of cybernetic implants to her body. Instead of claws that come out of her knuckles, she slashes with claw-shaped fingers. Notably, Lady Deathstrike just appeared in the latest episode of the Disney+ series X-Men \u201997.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">First look at Lady Deathstrike in Insomniac\u2019s \u2018WOLVERINE\u2019 game.<\/p>\n<p>Releasing on September 15 on PlayStation. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/HUFlYOYdAS\" rel=\"nofollow\">pic.twitter.com\/HUFlYOYdAS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 X-Men Updates (@XMenUpdate) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/XMenUpdate\/status\/2077832148808069508?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" rel=\"nofollow\">July 16, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Given Marvel\u2019s Wolverine is Insomniac Games\u2019 own unique take on the character, everyone\u2019s backstory has likely been changed up a bit, so we\u2019ll have to wait to see what role Lady Deathstrike takes on in the finished game. That launches on September 15. In the meantime, PS5 players are thankful it will be arriving with a disc version, unlike Sony\u2019s future exclusives. \u201cYou know who isn\u2019t the hero?
