Region of Peel\u00a0\u2013 Investigators from the 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) are warning the public of a string of robberies in the area of Hansen Road North in Brampton.<\/p>\n
Since May 2026, Peel Regional Police have received multiple calls for robberies in the area of Hansen Road North in Brampton where a firearm has been brandished. The adult victims would attend for a pre-arranged transaction facilitated through Facebook Marketplace or Kijiji and were robbed by 2-3 suspects. None of the victims sustained any injuries. The suspects are considered to be armed and dangerous.<\/p>\n
The suspects are described as Black males, 15 to 20 years old, with slim builds, wearing black hoodies and black sweatpants.<\/p>\n
Investigators are encouraging the public to utilize the Buy and Sell Safe Exchange Zones <\/a>located at all Peel Regional Police Divisions.
