The Toronto Blue Jays<\/a> have called up relief pitchers Brendon Little<\/a> and Lazaro Estrada<\/a> from Triple-A Buffalo, it was announced Saturday afternoon.<\/p>\n

Relievers Adam Macko<\/a> and CJ Van Eyk have been optioned to Triple-A Buffalo as corresponding moves.<\/p>\n

Little has spent the majority of the season in Triple-A after struggling mightily during his time with the big club. In six appearances, Little has allowed 14 earned runs in 4.2 innings pitched (27.00 ERA) with a WHIP of 3.85.<\/p>\n

However, it\u2019s been a different story this season with the Bisons. Little has a 2.53 ERA in 30 appearances with 46 strikeouts in 32.0 innings pitched. <\/p>\n

Little had a 3.03 ERA in 79 games with the Blue Jays last season but was far less effective in the playoffs with a mark of 11.25 in six appearances.<\/p>\n

Estrada, 27, has a 2.84 ERA in two appearances this season.<\/p>\n
