A section of a street in Winnipeg’s West End area remains closed several hours after a hydro pole, traffic light and bus shack were damaged in a collision on Sunday morning.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He saw people run out of the bus shelter to avoid the vehicle.<\/p>\n

“I [saw] them all scatter. They didn’t even know what way to go,” Richards said. <\/p>\n
