At running back, the Lions<\/a> have a star in Jahmyr Gibbs – one who is poised to sign a top-of-the-market extension soon. He has only missed two games due to a hamstring.<\/p>\n OUTLOOK: After taking on an increased role last year (leading to the departure of David Montgomery), Gibbs may see even more of the workload in 2026. The downside of that is the added injury risk. At least new offensive coordinator Drew Petzing has acknowledged this issue.<\/a><\/p>\n Medical concern level: 6\/10<\/p>\n The Lions basically swapped DMo for IPa(\ud83e\udd14) this offseason. Unfortunately, Pacheco brings along a much higher medical concern level than\u00a0Montgomery\u2019s 1\/10<\/a>.<\/p>\n In the past four seasons, Pacheco has accumulated a variety of injuries: MCL, fractured fibula, shoulder surgery, concussion, toe\/ankle, hand fracture, and more.<\/p>\n OUTLOOK: Pacheco\u2019s production has dipped in recent years.
