Hollywood mega-actor Chris Pratt<\/a> said Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is \u201cwonderful\u201d and supports the Trump-appointed Health and Human Services secretary on his quest to \u201cMake America Healthy Again.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cJurassic World\u201d star, who\u2019s married to Katherine Schwarzenegger<\/a>, daughter of Maria Shriver and a member of the Kennedy family, appeared on Bill Maher\u2019s \u201cClub Random\u201d podcast on Monday and talked about his time spent with RFK Jr.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve spent a number of occasions hanging with him, just in a strictly, you know, family dinner kind of vibe and I really got along well with him,\u201d Pratt said. \u201cI think he\u2019s great. I think he\u2019s funny. He\u2019s wonderful. I like him. I love him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chris Pratt appeared on Bill Maher\u2019s \u201cClub Random\u201d podcast on Monday and talked about his time spent with RFK Jr. Club Random Podcast \/ YouTube<\/p>\n

Pratt clarified that his interactions with the health and human services secretary are family-oriented and not focused on politics.<\/p>\n

However, the 46-year-old actor does \u201cwish him well\u201d on tackling bipartisan issues.<\/p>\n

\u201cI hope there are certain things that he oversees that seem to be supported in a bipartisan way, like getting terrible, toxic stuff out of our kids\u2019 food. I think that\u2019s a great thing. And so, like, just \u2013 if you just do that, that\u2019s amazing,\u201d Pratt said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019d hate to be so mired in hatred for the president that any success from his administration is something I\u2019d have an allergic reaction to. To be like, \u2018Oh, well, if they do it, I don\u2019t want it to happen. I\u2019ll put Clorox in my children\u2019s cereal myself.\u2019\u201d \u00a0<\/p>\n

While he did not formally endorse Kennedy\u2019s \u201cMake America Healthy Again\u201d commission, Pratt expressed hope for his success.<\/p>\n

Pratt is married to Katherine Schwarzenegger, the daughter of Maria Shriver and a member of the Kennedy family. Club Random Podcast \/ YouTube<\/p>\n

\u201cYou know, it\u2019s like, come on, be reasonable here. There\u2019s certain things that would be a good thing to have. I want them all to be successful,\u201d Pratt said.<\/p>\n

Maher<\/a>, 69, echoed Pratt\u2019s praise of RFK Jr.\u2019s character as a friend.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love him,\u201d Maher said. \u201cI may not agree with everything. But I agree with the overall view that what makes us sick is the toxicity.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen he was here, I said my advice to you is like you need to marry your former life more with what you\u2019re doing now. Your former life, you were very admired as an environmental lawyer,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Maher also set the record straight for critics that RFK Jr. is \u201cnot crazy,\u201d and praised him for always sticking by his values.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s not crazy. I mean the people trying to \u2013 he\u2019s also got, like I said to him when he was here, I don\u2019t agree with everything you said, and I don\u2019t think your father would either, but your father would be so proud that you stuck to your guns like more than anybody,\u201d Maher told the \u201cParks & Recreation\u201d alum.<\/p>\n

RFK Jr. was sworn in as the 26th HHS Secretary on Feb.13,\u202f2025 after being nominated by President Trump.<\/p>\n

Immediately after taking the position, he established the \u201cMake America Healthy Again\u201d commission focused on fitness, food reform, and chronic disease prevention.<\/p>\n
