Formula 1 heads to Budapest for the Hungarian Grand Prix, the last race before the three week summer break.<\/p>\n
Kimi Antonelli won his sixth career race victory at the Belgian Grand Prix and has extended his lead in the title championship to 45 points.<\/p>\n
His teammate George Russell had a collision with Lewis Hamilton in the opening lap and crashed out, in what was another major blow for the Brit.<\/p>\n
Ferrari\u2019s Charles Leclerc finished second on the podium, with Max Verstappen in third in the Red Bull.<\/p>\n

How to watch<\/p>\n
TSN\u2019s coverage of the Hungarian Grand Prix begins on Friday with the first practice session that can be seen on TSN+ and viewers can watch multiple feeds at once with the TSN Multiplex.<\/p>\n
Practice 2 begins later that day with viewers able to catch the action on TSN2 as well as the TSN Multiplex.<\/p>\n
Coverage continues into Saturday with Practice 3 available on TSN+ and the TSN Multiplex followed by Qualifying on TSN5 and the TSN Multiplex.<\/p>\n
The main event takes place on Sunday where coverage begins at 7:30 a.m. ET\/4:30 a.m. PT on TSN 1\/5, TSN.ca, and the TSN Multiplex.<\/p>\n
Hungaroring<\/p>\n
This race track is known for its tight and twisty nature and there is not a lot of opportunity to overtake. It\u2019s been dubbed as the \u201cMonaco without walls\u201d by the drivers. <\/p>\n
Turn 1 is where fans in the grandstand will see some of the best wheel-to-wheel action which is then followed by a mighty 908-metre start-finish straight.<\/p>\n
There tends to be a mixture of different pole sitters and there are always surprises, especially in qualifying. <\/p>\n
Drivers focus on linking up each corner and finding rhythm throughout the lap. Nico H\u00fclkenberg has previously described the importance \u201cto strike that balance and harmony with the car.\u201d<\/p>\n

The weather for the Hungarian Grand Prix is forecast to have sunny intervals with a gentle breeze Friday through to Sunday. For the race, it\u2019s expected to reach highs of 31\u00b0C.<\/p>\n
What happened last year? <\/p>\n
Leclerc took a thrilling surprise pole at the Hungarian Grand Prix last year and crossed the line 0.026 seconds ahead of McLaren\u2019s Piastri.<\/p>\n
But it was Piastri\u2019s teammate Norris who won the race from third after a bold strategy call by the team.<\/p>\n
It was his fifth win of the season and he cut the gap to title leader Piastri in the championship to nine points.<\/p>\n
Piastri finished behind and Russell in the Mercedes got the final spot on the podium in Budapest.<\/p>\n
Who will win this year? <\/p>\n
It looks like there is no stopping Antonelli who has continued to dominate this season after converting his pole position into another race win last time out.<\/p>\n
His teammate Russell has not scored points in three out of 10 rounds this season and suffered from a race retirement in Belgium.<\/p>\n
Both Ferrari cars looked out of sorts in qualifying, but Leclerc benefitted from a Virtual Safety Car and was fighting for his second consecutive victory before Antonelli passed him. <\/p>\n
Red Bull\u2019s Verstappen had a helping hand from his teammate Isack Hadjar in qualifying to start Sunday\u2019s race in second and to put him in contention for a podium position.<\/p>\n
Mercedes are expected to be strong, but Ferrari has good cornering speed.
