Those are some harsh words. George Hincapie and Sir Bradley Wiggins, the podcast\u2019s co-hosts, remain silent for a long time. \u201cThat silence you hear\u2014that\u2019s exactly right,\u201d says Armstrong. \u201cThat\u2019s what we call being speechless. It\u2019s absolutely crazy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hincapie adds a moment later. He doesn\u2019t see the point in how often cyclists are tested. \u201cIf you\u2019re going to do that, then it has to happen in all sports. But that\u2019s not happening. We have a long history in that area, but if it\u2019s an independent organisation conducting the testing, why focus on just one sport?
