Golf’s favourite post-round pint has finally made its way onto the course thanks to a new officially licensed Guinness collection from PRG Golf.

There are few things more synonymous with a day on the golf course than celebrating your round with a pint of Guinness in the clubhouse.

Now, the famous black stuff is becoming part of your golf bag as well.

PRG Golf have unveiled an officially licensed Guinness collection featuring everything from premium headcovers and towels to ball markers, divot tools and bag tags, expanding the brand’s growing presence in golf with a range inspired by its unmistakable heritage and identity.

"The

Even if you don’t recognize the PRG Golf name, chances are you’ve seen – or even owned – one of their products. From merchandise sold at major championships and the Ryder Cup to accessories found in pro shops and clubhouses around the world, the Northern Ireland company have become one of golf’s biggest accessory manufacturers. Today, PRG work with more than 7,000 golf clubs, resorts, events and retail partners across 35 countries and produce more than seven million products every year.

The Guinness collection is split across four distinct themes. Two take inspiration from the famous pint itself, while others celebrate the brand’s iconic toucan mascot and classic Guinness branding.

The range includes driver, fairway wood, hybrid, blade and mallet putter headcovers alongside towels, zip totes, scorecard holders, yardage books, flags, ball markers, divot tools and bag tags, giving golfers plenty of ways to add a touch of Guinness to their setup.

Having already added the Classic Pint driver headcover and Toucan fairway wood headcover to my own bag, along with the matching Toucan towel and ball marker, I can vouch for the quality. The detailing is excellent throughout and they have the premium feel you’d expect from a company whose products regularly appear at the biggest tournaments in golf.

For PRG, the partnership carries particular significance. Founded in Northern Ireland in 2006, the company are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year, making a collaboration with one of Ireland’s most recognizable brands a fitting milestone.

“As a company founded in Northern Ireland, this partnership is one we are incredibly proud of,” said Stephen Riley, CEO of PRG Golf.

“Guinness is a brand that is recognized around the world, but with a rich Irish heritage and culture, something that resonates strongly with PRG.

“This collection allowed our team to create something that honors that legacy while introducing new ideas through design and materials.”

The launch also marks the debut of PrimaTouch, PRG’s new premium material platform, across all of the collection’s soft goods. The tightly woven leatherette has been developed to improve durability while offering greater resistance to water and staining, helping products retain their premium finish over time.
