Named after the Leadville 100 mountain bike race, which banned drop-bars at its races earlier this year, the 5DEV Shredville Mounts are for folks who take aerodynamics and loopholes a touch too seriously. The Shredville Mounts secure to any 22.2mm handlebar, providing a place to mount road-style brake hoods and offering an aerodynamic position while maintaining full access to the brake controls. <\/p>\n

As 5DEV puts it, \u201cWhen you\u2019re racing the clock while breathing through a straw at 10,000 feet, you\u2019re going to want to choose optimization over aesthetics.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
