Surrey council gave third-reading approval to a 31-storey mixed-use tower for Fleetwood on July 27.<\/p>\n
The project will contain 358 residential units and 438 square metres of commercial space at 15284, 15286, 15288 and 15296 Fleetwood Drive, where a car sales lot and two-storey commercial building are presently located.<\/p>\n
Surrey\u2019s School District expects the tower will house 30 school-aged children with 18 attending Coyote Creek Elementary School, seven attending Fleetwood Park Secondary School and the rest either being home-schooled, attending private schools or being enrolled in different school districts.<\/p>\n
