He posted four goals and three assists for 11 points. The team were 2022 Horizon League runners-up.<\/p>\n

\nPrior to IU Indy, he played for Kings Hammer from 2020-22. He was named the team’s Attacking Player of the Year.<\/p>\n

\nVermillion played four seasons of varsity soccer at Frankfort High School where he recorded 57 goals and 35 assists for 149 points. He earned First Team All-State in 2021, Second Team All-State in 2020, two-time regional All-Tournament and District All-Tournament pick and 2021 Capital City Classic MVP. He won the 2021 Team MVP and the 2017 Newcomer of The Year. Vermillion received the Traditional Bank Athlete of the Week in 2020 and 2021 by the State-Journal. The team was 2020 District Champions, 2021 District Champions and 2021 Class 1-A State Runner Up advancing to the state final for the first time in school history.<\/p>\n
Vermillion graduated from Frankfort High School in 2022.
