{"id":833496,"date":"2026-07-29T11:02:20","date_gmt":"2026-07-29T11:02:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/833496\/"},"modified":"2026-07-29T11:02:20","modified_gmt":"2026-07-29T11:02:20","slug":"woman-killed-after-being-hit-by-ctrain-at-shaganappi-point-lrt-station","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/833496\/","title":{"rendered":"Woman killed after being hit by CTrain at Shaganappi Point LRT Station"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A woman is dead after being hit by a CTrain on Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Calgary Police Service says a woman allegedly walked into a prohibited area of the Shaganappi Point LRT Station along Bow Trail, S.W. just after 4 p.m. on July 27.<\/p>\n<p>While in the prohibited area, a CTrain approached the station from the east, and the woman walked onto the tracks.
