Comedian Joanne McNally has been confirmed for a huge new Netflix<\/a> show. The star, who has appeared on Taskmaster and is set to compete in the next season of The Celebrity Traitors, will be fronting a new stand-up special.<\/p>\n

Called Pinotphile, the hour-long gig sees the star tell stories on modern dating, including rejection, situationships and revenge fantasies, according to Deadline<\/a>, and will film in New York City this November ahead of a 2027 release date.<\/p>\n

McNally confirmed the news on her Instagram<\/a> page, sharing in a post: “@netflix special incoming @deadline @netflixisajoke filming @townhallnyc New York November 7th.”<\/p>\n

The comedian appeared on Taskmaster in 2024, competing alongside Nick Mohammed, Sophie Willan, Steve Pemberton and John Robins \u2013 the latter of whom went on to win the season.<\/p>\n

She’ll be seen later this year<\/a> on The Celebrity Traitors, appearing with fellow comedians such as James Acaster, Miranda Hart, Joe Lycett, Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan.<\/p>\n

Other stars heading to the castle include actors Michael Sheen, Richard E Grant, Bella Ramsey, Ross Kemp, Myha’la and Julie Hesmondhalgh, TV stars Maya Jama and Professor Hannah Fry, and singers Leigh-Anne Pinnock and James Blunt, among others.<\/p>\n

The second season has now been filmed, with Romesh recently recalling his “an amazing experience”<\/a> making the show.<\/p>\n

“Even as I begin to speak now I feel incredibly nervous because I can\u2019t give anything away,” he said on The One Show, “but what I can say is, I thought that it was faker than it is.”<\/p>\n

He added: “What I mean is, I thought you rock up, just have a go, and then you go home. It is so immersive \u2013 I couldn’t believe it. You are in the game the whole time you\u2019re in the game and that took me by surprise. It becomes all-encompassing, it\u2019s a pretty amazing experience.”<\/p>\n

Pinotphile will stream on Netflix in 2027.<\/p>\n
