The Manchester community has welcomed a new counseling service to town.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s called RISE Counseling and Consulting \u2013 and owner and Marriage & Family Therapist Melissa Paulsen says they\u2019re excited to be in Manchester.<\/p>\n

RISE is located in the former New To You storefront downtown at 100 North Franklin Street \u2013 and Business Operations Manager Brenna Eilers says they renovated the space to fit their needs.<\/p>\n

RISE offers mental health counseling to families, couples and individuals. And Paulsen says they\u2019re there to help anyone \u2013 regardless of how big or small your situation may be.<\/p>\n

The Ambassadors of Delaware County recently helped RISE celebrate their new Manchester location with a ribbon cutting. In addition to Manchester, they also have locations in Anamosa, Cascade, DeWitt, Dyersville, Elkader, Maquoketa and Peosta.<\/p>\n
