To date, LIV Golf has impacted over one million youth lives through golf initiatives and educational programming around golf values, achieved 13 GEO-event certifications, and become the only golf body with an ISO 20121 certification from the British Standards Institute.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-article-body text-fg-low \">Highlighted by an all-U.K. Majesticks Golf Club roster competing as the home team, LIV Golf UK Presented by JCB had a focus on youth golf participation and on-site engagement with the Majesticks\u2019 grassroots, award-winning Little Sticks programme\u2013with support from global League and Majesticks Team partner HSBC. Little Sticks has now impacted over 50,000 young people and has its programming utilised in 324 schools across the U.K. An independent study showed participants had a 19.5% increase in goal-setting confidence, a 15% increase in problem-solving persistence, and a 12.3% increase in teamwork appreciation.<\/p>\n<p>Empowering the Next Generation<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-article-body text-fg-low \">At the heart of the tournament\u2019s impact efforts is a profound emphasis on youth development and education. On Thursday, Majesticks Golf Club hosted Little Sticks Day, welcoming over 600 youth and their familiesfrom Little Sticks programmes across the U.K.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-article-body text-fg-low \">All four Majesticks players\u2013Co-Captains Ian Poulter and Lee Westwood, Laurie Canter and Sam Horsfield\u2013wore bespoke purple and blue kits to honour the team&#8217;s community impact. The team also provided two exclusive youth mascot experiences that brought youth fans closer to their sporting heroes, following Poulter and Westwood through their pre-round warm-up and out to the first tee for LIV Golf\u2019s signature shotgun start. Waste management remained a focus in 2026 through proactive material circulation from suppliers, community donation routes, on-site compost and recycling bins, and water-bottle refill stations.Clean &amp; Renewable Power: The U.K. event powered operational infrastructure using 100% Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) fuel in both 2024 and 2025, drastically cutting reliance on conventional diesel. In 2025, 100% HVO was paired with solar panels and advanced battery storage systems across key structures, including the media centre and merchandise store.Circularity &amp; Eco-Transport: LIV Golf built a strong circularity story in the UK with a 75% signage and material reuse rate in 2025, significantly reducing new-print demand for the 2026 event.
