Bryson DeChambeau\u2019s future with LIV Golf remains up in the air right now.<\/p>\n

Whether LIV Golf survives past the end of this current season or not, DeChambeau has made no secret of his desire to play in PGA Tour events.<\/p>\n

The 32-year-old left the PGA Tour in order to join LIV Golf back in June 2022.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s fair to say that Bryson DeChambeau<\/a> has become one of the biggest sporting stars on the planet since his move to LIV Golf<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The two-time major champion has taken on a new persona since leaving the PGA Tour<\/a>, with his content creation on YouTube playing a huge part in his life.<\/p>\n

As things stand, DeChambeau\u2019s future with LIV Golf is far from certain<\/a>, after Saudi Arabia\u2019s PIF announced back in April that they would not be funding the league after the end of the 2026 season.<\/p>\n

However, LIV Golf has now secured new investment<\/a> for the 2027 season and beyond, according to Scott O\u2019Neil at least.<\/p>\n

And DeChambeau has made it clear how he wants a future whereby players are allowed to compete on both LIV and the PGA Tour.<\/p>\n

Bryson DeChambeau makes PGA Tour claim<\/p>\n

DeChambeau\u2019s silence on LIV\u2019s apparent new investment was rather worrying for fans of the league.<\/p>\n

However, he has now broken that silence and explained what he would like to see happen in the future.<\/p>\n

While speaking to the New York Post<\/a>, DeChambeau made it very clear that he wants to play golf both on the PGA Tour and on LIV.<\/p>\n

\u201cPersonally, I\u2019d love to be able to play events on the PGA Tour, too,\u201c DeChambeau said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think that\u2019s best for golf. I\u2019d love that.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not an either\/or mentality. It\u2019s \u2018can we do both?\u2019 I think that\u2019s where everybody wants to be. <\/p>\n

\u201cThere isn\u2019t a golf fan on the planet who doesn\u2019t want to see me play a big Tour event, and I get that. I\u2019d love to go play events that make sense, love to play team golf, and love to play wherever they\u2019ll let me.\u201c<\/p>\n

Bryson DeChambeau gives percentage chance that LIV Golf has a future<\/p>\n

According to the New York Times, DeChambeau is \u2018100 percent\u2019 sure of LIV Golf\u2019s future.<\/p>\n

LIV may well carry on into 2027 and beyond.<\/p>\n

However, it will almost certainly operate on a completely different level financially.<\/p>\n

Purses may well drop, while the number of events played each season are set to decrease.<\/p>\n

Bryson DeChambeau clearly wants the whole pie, rather than just pieces of it. He wants to play on the PGA Tour and LIV Golf.<\/p>\n

However, considering the fact that he burned his bridges by suing the PGA Tour and rejecting their one-time offer of a return back in February, it\u2019s hard to imagine a scenario whereby he will be allowed to compete on both tours.<\/p>\n
