Over two years later, little has changed. Released on 31 March 2026, the WGB\u2019s Follow-Up Report voices continued concern over gaps in enforcement and Canada\u2019s legal and policy framework against foreign bribery.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1785165485794_8034\">Transparency International Canada (TI-Canada) concurs with the WGB\u2019s assessment: Canada can and must do more to combat foreign bribery. Implementing the WGB recommendations is not only a matter of compliance: the competitiveness of Canadian business depends on it. This note revisits TI-Canada\u2019s input to the WGB\u2019s Follow-Up Report, rating Canada\u2019s performance on six priorities.
