{"id":854983,"date":"2026-08-12T04:58:14","date_gmt":"2026-08-12T04:58:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/854983\/"},"modified":"2026-08-12T04:58:14","modified_gmt":"2026-08-12T04:58:14","slug":"man-charged-in-guelph-cocaine-trafficking-bust","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/854983\/","title":{"rendered":"Man charged in Guelph cocaine trafficking bust"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"publish-date\">Posted Aug 11, 2026 02:42:48 PM.<\/p>\n<p class=\"last-modified-date\">Last Updated Aug 11, 2026 03:50:33 PM.<\/p>\n<p>A Guelph Police Service investigation into a suspected cocaine trafficking ring has resulted in the arrest of a man from Brampton.<\/p>\n<p>According to authorities, the Guelph Police Drug Enforcement Unit began an investigation earlier in the summer into <a href=\"https:\/\/www.guelphpolice.ca\/news\/posts\/media-release-august-11-2026\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a man suspected to be trafficking cocaine into Guelph.<\/a> The unit located the man, and he was arrested leaving his vehicle Monday in a parking lot in the east-end.<\/p>\n<p>After the man was arrested, police executed search warrants on his vehicle and residence in Brampton.
