(Chopper 24) <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Police say the driver of the vehicle was also taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">They confirm that there were only two occupants inside.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The highway was initially closed in both directions. At 3:15 p.m., the westbound express and collector lanes reopened.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">There is no word when the eastbound lanes will reopen.
