\n The device uses artificial intelligence and virtual reality to test peripheral vision and help detect complex eye conditions such as glaucoma.\n<\/p>\n
\n Cathryn Tripp, director at CATS Optometrist, said: “Accessibility to high quality eye care is something that we\u2019re really passionate about.\n<\/p>\n
\n “By embracing AI and new technology, we hope to elevate the standards that have previously been accepted as the norm.\n<\/p>\n
\n “For many of our patients, this technology will be a game-changer in preserving vision and managing eye health effectively and will hopefully help even more people within Middlewich and beyond to reclaim their quality of life.”\n<\/p>\n
\n The headset streamlines the testing process, reducing the time needed for assessments while maintaining clinical accuracy.\n<\/p>\n
