Denise Richards filed a request to remove her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, from their Los Angeles rental home after learning the latter received an eviction notice for unpaid rent.<\/p>\n
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the TV personality asked the court to require the businessman, his parents and brother to vacate the Calabasas property so she could collect her items, including her dogs, without breaking the set temporary restraining order.<\/a><\/p>\n While she and Phypers, who called it quits<\/a> in July, are listed on the lease, Richards claimed she moved out two years ago under the impression her ex\u2019s family would live there temporarily.<\/p>\n Denise Richards filed a request for her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, to vacate their Los Angeles rental home after learning he hasn\u2019t been paying the rent. Broadimage\/Shutterstock<\/p>\n According to the documents, the \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d alum, 54, allegedly informed Phypers, 52, that he would be in charge of the rent starting in January while his family still lived in the home and refused to leave.<\/p>\n She alleged that Phypers mentioned his family leaving the property \u201cseveral times\u201d and moving back to Canada.<\/p>\n The filing states that the exes\u2019 landlord has allegedly been trying to contact Phypers about unpaid rent for the past six months but has been unable to get a hold of him.<\/p>\n She claimed to have moved out of the property in July and stated that Phyper\u2019s family was supposed to move in temporarily. Robin Marshall\/Shutterstock<\/p>\n As a result, the landlord allegedly moved to evict Phypers from the property and demanded it be vacated by Aug. 23.<\/p>\n Richards claimed in the filing that she \u201cleft many of [her] personal items and [her] late mother\u2019s items at the house,\u201d adding, \u201cIf I am not able to [retrieve] my dogs and belongings, I believe my dogs will be harmed and my property destroyed or discarded during the eviction process.\u201d<\/p>\n Richards alleged that Phypers and his family have \u201cseverely damaged\u201d the house, describing the condition of being \u201cin a state of disarray.\u201d<\/p>\n The exes\u2019 landlord has allegedly filed an eviction notice.
