It carries many of the brand’s best-known products, including sweatshirts, cabin socks, beaver plush toys, keychains, and items from its Made in Canada collections.

The store also offers Vancouver-branded fleece and t-shirts aimed at visitors looking for a Canadian souvenir. Its menu includes sandwiches, wraps, salads and baked goods, along with organic coffee and a broad selection of vegetarian and vegan choices.

Open 24 hours a day, this YVR restaurant is intended to serve passengers and airport employees throughout the day, from early-morning breakfasts and coffee to quick lunches and late-night snacks.

It provides a healthier alternative to typical fast food chains.

The opening represents both the first standalone Pret A Manger in B.C. and the chain’s first location inside a Canadian airport.
