{"id":862662,"date":"2026-08-18T15:34:11","date_gmt":"2026-08-18T15:34:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/862662\/"},"modified":"2026-08-18T15:34:11","modified_gmt":"2026-08-18T15:34:11","slug":"free-transit-available-for-veterans-heading-to-warriors-day-parade-from-brampton","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/862662\/","title":{"rendered":"Free transit available for veterans heading to Warriors\u2019 Day Parade from Brampton"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Brampton veterans will be able to travel to and from Toronto for this year\u2019s Warriors\u2019 Day Parade without paying for transit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Brampton Transit will offer free, all-day service on Saturday, Aug. 22, to Canadian War Veterans and one companion travelling to and from the 105th annual Warriors\u2019 Day Parade.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The parade, held at Exhibition Place in Toronto, is a long-standing tradition honouring Canadian veterans, active military personnel and their families.
