But despite the operation focusing on this year, and the incoming regulation set, with the hopes of getting off to a strong start Williams has struggled this season. The team enters this weekend\u2019s Dutch Grand Prix sitting ninth in the standings with just 11 points, and Williams has not enjoyed a finish in the points since the Monaco Grand Prix.<\/p>\n
