The idea, floated in Toronto this time, is enough to get fans dreaming.<\/p>\n

Host Sid Seixeiro suggested on air that the Canadiens should try to acquire the Pittsburgh Penguins captain.<\/p>\n

He even put forward a very specific offer:<\/p>\n

Sidney Crosby to Montreal in exchange for Michael Hage<\/a> and a 2027 first-round pick.<\/p>\n

Confident in his proposal, Seixeiro said:<\/p>\n

“Kent Hughes…You gotta make one call, man. Go get Crosby. You got the prospects. You got the picks. You got a team ready to make a move. What Montreal Canadiens fan says no to that? Nobody.”<\/p>\n
