Hayden Panettiere\u2019s ex-fianc\u00e9 and father of their daughter, Wladimir Klitschko, has paid a touching tribute to the actor on what would\u2019ve been her 37th birthday. <\/p>\n
The retired boxing legend posted a photo in remembrance of the late actor on Instagram<\/a> Aug. 21, five days after the \u201cHeroes\u201d and \u201cNashville\u201d star was pronounced dead <\/a>in South Carolina. <\/p>\n \u201cToday is Hayden\u2019s birthday. Instead of celebrating the way we had planned, today we celebrate her life, her spirit, and the love she brought into this world,\u201d he wrote. \u201cI want to thank all of Hayden\u2019s fans, friends, and everyone who has reached out for the incredible outpouring of love and support. At a time filled with so much sadness, your kindness has reminded me that there is still so much good in humanity.\u201d<\/p>\n In his post, Klitschko also called on fans to spread love. <\/p>\n \u201cIf you\u2019re reading this, I ask just one thing: even if only for a moment, think about LOVE,\u201d he continued. \u201cReach out to a friend. Forgive someone. Be kind. Love is a superpower. Use it.<\/p>\n He concluded with a sweet message to Panettiere. <\/p>\n \u201cHappy Birthday, Hayden. \u2764\ufe0f You are loved, you are missed, and you will never be forgotten,\u201d he wrote. <\/p>\n Klitschko is the father of the couple\u2019s 11-year-old daughter, Kaya<\/a>, and was engaged to Panettiere<\/a> before they broke things off in 2018.<\/p>\n He previously shared an emotional message<\/a> on Instagram<\/a> two days after Panettiere\u2019s death. <\/p>\n \u201cTo our daughter Kaya, I will always speak of her mother with respect and make sure she remembers the person she was,\u201d Klitschko wrote. <\/p>\n
