The records were available for just 48 hours.<\/p>\n Ahead of that reveal, fans theorized that she could be announcing \u201cActually Romantic\u201d as her first single or even that she\u2019s playing the Super Bowl halftime show<\/a> next year.<\/p>\n Given this countdown\u2019s timing\u2014and the industry standard of artists releasing new music at midnight on Fridays\u2014there\u2019s a good chance Swift could be announcing a single will come out tonight.<\/p>\n Swift has stayed out of the public eye this week, but she spoke on <\/a>New Heights<\/a> just days ago about why she loves setting Easter eggs for fans. That desire to connect with them could be fueling her multiple countdowns.<\/p>\n The singer discussed her methodology, saying, \u201cThe art of the Easter egg is that there\u2019s do\u2019s and don\u2019ts, right? I\u2019m never going to plant an Easter egg that ties back to my personal life.
