Hayden Panettiere\u2019s mom, Lesley Vogel,<\/a> claims Brian Hickerson pawned some of her daughter\u2019s belongings before her death.<\/p>\n

Vogel \u2014 who had a rocky relationship with Panettiere<\/a> and was estranged from the \u201cNashville\u201d alum before her tragic death<\/a> at the age of 36 \u2014 said she visited her daughter last year in Los Angeles when she was struggling and in physical pain<\/a> in an interview with the New York Times <\/a>published Sunday.<\/p>\n

Vogel says she was shocked to find that Hickerson \u2014 who filed for bankruptcy in 2022<\/a> \u2014 had pawned some of Panettiere\u2019s belongings, including a vintage guitar. <\/p>\n

She further claimed that Panettiere was also shocked when she found out that her on-again, off-again boyfriend<\/a> had some of her possessions in his storage unit. <\/p>\n

In Vogel\u2019s interview with the New York Times, she claimed Panettiere was also shocked to see some of her belongings in his storage unit. Hickerson filed for bankruptcy in 2022. \/ SplashNews.com<\/p>\n

The outlet reported that another source confirmed that Hickerson had pawned some of Panettiere\u2019s items.<\/p>\n

Page Six reached out to Hickerson\u2019s attorney, Sloan Ellis, about the claims, and his team noted they wouldn\u2019t be commenting beyond their previous statement at this time.<\/p>\n

Ellis previously told Page Six<\/a>, \u201cHayden\u2019s death remains under investigation and it is important to allow that investigation to proceed.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAs has been publicly reported, police confirmed there were no signs of foul play,\u201d the statement continued. \u201cOut of respect for Hayden\u2019s loved ones and the ongoing investigation, there will be no further comment at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vogel has made multiple claims against Hickerson, including doubting his alleged story about the day Panettiere died <\/a>last Sunday at their Airbnb in Greenville, South Carolina, of an apparent overdose<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While Hickerson has not commented on Panettiere\u2019s death aside from the statement through his attorney, his brother, Zach Hickerson \u2014 who was also at the scene when the actress died<\/a> \u2014 claimed that Brian used Narcan on Panettiere<\/a> and performed CPR on her when he discovered her unconscious.<\/p>\n

\u00a0TMZ previously reported that Narcan \u2014 a medicine typically used to quickly reverse an opioid overdose \u2014 was\u00a0found on the scene<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are a lot of assumptions, speculations and accusations currently swirling,\u201d Zach told the outlet Friday.<\/p>\n

Brian and Panettiere met in 2018 and had a tumultuous relationship. He was arrested multiple times for domestic violence<\/a> against the \u201cRemember the Titans\u201d star, and she wrote about his abuse<\/a> in her memoir, \u201cThis Is Me: A Reckoning.\u201d<\/p>\n

Panettiere\u2019s neighbor exclusively told Page Six that she saw\u00a0the late actress\u00a0being taken out of her Los Angeles apartment on a gurney<\/a> by firefighters on two occasions during her and Brian\u2019s troubling relationship.<\/p>\n

Mia Terrazas \u2014 who still lives at the same West Hollywood complex \u2014 told us that the incidents took place on July 29, 2023, and January 16, 2024. <\/p>\n

Terrazas claimed she observed \u201cbright red spots\u201d and \u201cbruises\u201d on Panettiere and that he was present and \u201cglued to\u201d her both times.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt appeared that she had been beaten up. It wasn\u2019t apparent to me that it could have been anything else,\u201d Terrazas said, adding that Panettiere allegedly often looked \u201cbattered.\u201d<\/p>\n
