TIME Canada (Travel Industry Mentor Experience) \u2014 the not-for-profit mentoring program dedicated to developing and retaining the next generation of travel, tourism, hospitality, cruise, and aviation professionals \u2014 has announced the members of its inaugural Canadian committee.<\/p>\n
That committee includes a group of nine senior industry leaders who will help guide the program as it prepares to welcome its first Canadian cohort at an inaugural event in Toronto on Sept. 23, 2026.<\/p>\n
The committee brings together decades of combined experience across retail travel, host agencies, tour operating, expedition and luxury cruising, aviation, rail, destination marketing, and tourism.<\/p>\n
Its members will support TIME Canada\u2019s board and Country Program Manager in shaping the program locally \u2014 championing mentorship, guiding the mentor and mentee cohorts, and building the industry relationships that sustain long-term success \u2014 while drawing on the proven framework behind TIME\u2019s fifteen-plus years of impact in Australia and New Zealand.<\/p>\n

Edith Beaudoin, Country Program Manager, TIME Canada, said that: \u201cThe calibre of leaders stepping forward to guide TIME Canada says everything about where this industry wants to go.\u201d<\/p>\n
Beaudoin continued: \u201cIn every conversation, I have with people across Canadian travel, the same thing comes through \u2014 they want to give back, and they want to make sure our industry has a strong future. This committee turns that shared commitment into real support for the next generation.\u201d<\/p>\n
The committee\u2019s appointment comes ahead of TIME Canada\u2019s inaugural launch event on Wed., Sept. 23, 2026 in Toronto, Ontario, where the program will welcome its first Canadian cohort of mentees alongside industry partners, mentors, and supporters.<\/p>\n
The event will be keynoted by TIME Founder and Chair Penny Spencer, who will travel from Sydney to mark the occasion.<\/p>\n

TIME Canada (Travel Industry Mentor Experience) is a federally incorporated not-for-profit organization dedicated to connecting experienced travel industry leaders with emerging talent through structured, one-on-one mentoring.
