The Brazilian becomes City\u2019s record sale \u2013 replacing Julian Alvarez, who moved to Atletico Madrid for \u00a382m two years ago \u2013 and one of the three most expensive players in Tottenham\u2019s history, along with his new teammates Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes.<\/p>\n

Spanish publication Marca <\/a>are reporting that Alejandro Balde has decided that he wants to leave Barcelona in a huge boost to Manchester United\u2019s hopes of signing him. <\/p>\n

The report says that Joao Cancelo\u2019s arrival and the fact that Balde was left out of Barca\u2019s matchday squad for the game against Elche has changed Balde\u2019s mind about remaining at the club and fighting for his place. <\/p>\n

United are the frontrunners for his signature but they are said to want a loan deal instead of a permanent transfer as previously reported. <\/p>\n

Tottenham manager, Roberto De Zerbi, has also been outspoken about his new player and explained why the club wanted to bring in Savinho. <\/p>\n

Earlier today it was announced that Tottenham have completed the signing of Manchester City\u2019s Savinho. <\/p>\n

The winger has now spoken about joining Spurs and says he is looking forward to the \u2018wonderful opportunity\u2019.<\/p>\n

“It’s taken a while but I’m very happy to be here,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n

“It’s a wonderful opportunity at a brilliant club with one of the best managers in the world.<\/p>\n

The 29-year-old joins the Cherries on a season-long loan deal with an option to buy included for \u00a312m plus add ons. <\/p>\n

Should Bournemouth decide against signing him permanently at the end of the season they will need to pay an additional \u00a31.3m in loan fees instead. <\/p>\n

The initial payment is for \u00a375m with a further \u00a310m of add ons available to be met under certain criteria. <\/p>\n

Sky Sports News says that \u00a35m of those add ons are near guaranteed meaning City are likely to pocket \u00a380m from the deal. <\/p>\n

Spurs\u2019 expenditure this summer has now exceeded \u00a3300m as they attempt to arrest their downturn in form which has seen them finish 17th in the Premier League over the last two seasons. <\/p>\n
