Burke from the practice squad on Wednesday, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfl.ca\/transactions\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">CFL Transactions<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfl.ca\/players\/tj-burke\/185929\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">T.J. Burke<\/a> is six foot two and weighs 305 pounds. The 22-year-old from Selbyville, Delaware, signed with the B.C. Lions on May 15, 2026. In 2026, he made one tackle and one sack in one preseason game.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Collegiately, Burke spent four seasons at <a href=\"https:\/\/lehighsports.com\/sports\/football\/roster\/tj-burke\/19238\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Lehigh University<\/a> (2022-25) with 113 tackles (51 solos, 62 assists), 22 tackles for loss, and 13 sacks in 47 games for the Mountain Hawks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2024, he was named First Team All-Patriot League after finishing the season with a career-high 40 tackles (15 solos, 25 assists), 10.5 tackles for loss, and seven sacks in 13 games.
