\n\tKATSEYE<\/a> is no longer performing at Olivia Rodrigo<\/a>\u2018s fast-approaching Daisy Chain Fields, with the girl group members announcing two days prior to the festival that they had to pull out after member Megan sprained her ankle.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn a note posted to KATSEYE\u2019s Instagram Story, the band began by writing, \u201cWe\u2019re so incredibly sorry to share that we are unable to perform at Daisy Chain Fields this Saturday.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cMegan sprained her ankle yesterday during tour rehearsal and after being evaluated by doctors, she has been advised to stay off it and allow it to properly heal so we can be ready for our upcoming tour,\u201d the message continued. \u201cWe know how much our fans were looking forward to seeing us, and it breaks our hearts to disappoint anyone who made plans to be there.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tTaking place Saturday in Irvine, California, the inaugural Daisy Chain Fields will feature Rodrigo headlining a self-curated, all-women lineup that also includes Chappell Roan, Doechii, Rachel Chinouriri, The Breeders, Garbage and \u201cspecial guests\u201d Stevie Nicks, Karen O and Sarah McLachlan. All of the proceeds will benefit charities supporting women and girls, including Planned Parenthood and Center for Reproductive Rights.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe were especially excited for Daisy Chain Fields because it\u2019s not just about music, but the greater mission of joy and community,\u201d KATSEYE\u2019s statement continued. \u201cWe\u2019re sending all our love to Olivia and to all of the incredible artists, non-profit organizations and volunteers who have given their time to make this day so special.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt\u2019s going to be such an amazing day,\u201d it concluded, \u201cand we can\u2019t wait to see everyone out on tour.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe news marks the latest bump in the road in an already-challenging year for KATSEYE. In February, HYBE announced that Manon would be taking a hiatus from the group to focus on her mental health. Earlier in August, Sophia revealed that she, too, was stepping back from band duties to prioritize her mental well-being, bringing KATSEYE\u2019s member count down to four: Lara, Daniela, Yoonchae and Megan.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn place of KATSEYE, alt-pop singer\/songwriter Devon Again will perform at Daisy Chain Fields. The festival\u2019s official Instagram account posted an updated lineup shortly after the girl group\u2019s announcement, writing: \u201cMegan is recovering from a sprained ankle, and the group will no longer be able to perform this weekend. We are wishing Megan a smooth and speedy recovery!\u201d<\/p>\n
