While the season overall is not much different from this year\u2019s schedule, there have been some changes made to the Chase. The season kicks off on February 13 and wraps up on November 14.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>One of the biggest changes for the upcoming season is the preseason Clash. The Wheatley Vodka Clash will make its return to its original venue, which is the Daytona International Speedway, where it was held from 1979 to 2020. The event was briefly held at Bowman Gray Stadium from 2025 to 2026 and at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum from 2022 through 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This is not the only big change on NASCAR\u2019s schedule. The &#8216;Monster Mile&#8217; is back on the schedule as a points-paying race after hosting the series for the All-Star race earlier this year. As for where the $1 million race will go? LicenseRM 21890171 Copyright: xZoonar.com\/StephenxA.xArcexActionxSportsxPhotographyx 21890171<\/p>\n<p>Further down the schedule, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nascar.com\/news-media\/2026\/08\/26\/2027-nascar-schedule-confirmed-dates-tracks-for-all-three-national-series\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">as per the schedule put out by NASCAR on their website<\/a>, the Darlington Raceway will be losing its playoff spot next year and will make an appearance in the regular season. The other two tracks, World Wide Technology Raceway and Bristol, that appear in the postseason in 2026 are bumped up to the regular season.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The historic short track, Richmond Raceway, will kick off the Chase next season on September 11.
