Residents of this community have access to a gym, yoga room, regulation-sized half basketball court, on-site shops, restaurants, garden stations, a cold storage room, a dry sauna, a pet spa, outdoor theatre, a meditation lounge, an outdoor fitness area, a rooftop terrace, pool, hot tub, a co-working space, a party room, a sun deck, a catering kitchen and more.<\/p>\n<p>The development will also boast more than two million square feet of retail, shopping, dining, office and commercial spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Food options should include Toronto coffee shop Zaza Espresso Bar, which plans to operate \u201cseasonal outposts\u201d in the outdoor piazza, as well as Mediterranean restaurant Byblos.<\/p>\n<p>Other concepts slated to open at the Exchange district include a steakhouse, a speakeasy, a new caf\u00e9 concept from Tim Hortons and the new and highly anticipated Japanese Fish Market.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1206\" height=\"904\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-844939\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-09-01-at-5.02.57-PM.jpeg\" alt=\"\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>So far all that seems to be officially posted on a social media account for Japanese Fish Market appears to be some graphics promising that the restaurant will be a sushi and sake bar that promises to open soon in downtown Mississauga.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re a lover of raw fish and strong drinks, however, that\u2019s probably enough to get you salivating for this new opening.<\/p>\n<p>New signage for the restaurant is now up at 4031 The Exchange.\u2060 The new concept is from the team behind EDO Restaurants, the longstanding Toronto Japanese restaurant that has been serving premium sushi and Japanese cuisine since 1986.\u2060<br \/>\u2060<br \/>Teasers for the new Mississauga concept advertise \u201cSushi &amp; Sake Bar\u201d and \u201cNext Stop Sushi &amp; Sake,\u201d while branding takes inspiration from a traditional Japanese fish market.<\/p>\n<p>Last 30 Days: 36,422 Votes<\/p>\n<p>All Time: 1,498,396 Votes<\/p>\n<p>    1005 VOTES<br \/>\n    Do you support bike lanes on major roads in the GTA?    <\/p>\n<p>Japanese Fish Market will combine restaurant and fresh market concepts as well as Japanese and Americana influences.
