They included a $39.50 lobster roll, a $38 French dip sandwich and $100 caviar nuggets:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium mui-m06sf4\">The U.S. Open also introduced a new cocktail, the Mo\u00ebt Serve.
