And there\u2019s other power stations we still haven\u2019t got to.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cmtmf54j9000b3b6sc21trthk@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cOf course, we pause and celebrate. But it now also means we need to take a back step and go, \u2018Okay, of the 500 reasons we all thought we could fail, we\u2019ve been able to prove one method that works. Now, how can we apply that somewhere else?\u2019\u201d he told CNN.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cmtmf0rae00093b6sy31h0xbg@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Dix described the hydropower tunnels left as \u201cfull of water\u201d in the aftermath of the floods. Teams have to make the high-risk decisions to blow up \u201crocks the size of cars\u201d to reach people trapped inside, he said.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cmtmf6z5z000c3b6ssfsv6ib6@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cSo we\u2019re tunneling along under the roof, and we know in our heads that underneath us are likely people who died.
