Photos of President Donald Trump<\/a> stepping off Air Force One with hair that appears to be a darker shade than his signature blonde locks have sparked speculation on the internet. <\/p>\n

Trump has long had to dispel speculation about his coiffure<\/a>, specifically whether the 80-year-old wears some kind of wig, and the new photos are adding to the rumor mill. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhat is [sic] the world is going on with Trump’s hair?\u201d journalist Aaron Rupar wrote<\/a> on X Saturday. <\/p>\n

Trump was seen waving to reporters on the tarmac of an airport in Morristown, New Jersey, Friday, wearing a Navy suit and yellow tie \u2014 and, apparently, his new hairdo. He is spending the weekend at his golf club in Bedminster. <\/p>\n

\u201cSomething needs to be done about his hair under the Twenty-Fifth Amendment,\u201d George Conway, a lawyer and Trump critic, wrote<\/a> on X, suggesting it needs to be nixed.<\/p>\n

Journalist Yashar Ali posted photos of Trump at the airport and wrote<\/a>, \u201cThe hair???? If I hadn\u2019t pulled the photos from Getty Images myself, I wouldn\u2019t have believed it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Former Republican congressman Adam Kinzinger, another frequent Trump critic, wrote in all caps, \u201cYou have got to be kidding me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Several social media users mocked Trump over the hairstyle. <\/p>\n

\u201cTrump is now a brunette!\u201d journalist Molly Jong-Fast wrote<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Anne Lamott, a novelist and progressive, posted<\/a>, \u201cI love it. So youthful. Very Pierce Brosnan,\u201d referring to the James Bond actor. <\/p>\n

Paul Rudnick, novelist and playwright, wrote<\/a>, \u201cTrump told his stylist, \u2018I want to look like serial killer Rex Heuermann,\u2019 referring to the New Yorker who admitted to killing eight women<\/a> in a case known as the Gilgo Beach murders. <\/p>\n

The Independent has reached out to the White House for comment. <\/p>\n

Trump\u2019s hair raised eyebrows last month<\/a> for another reason \u2014 his blonde mane appeared brighter and thicker. <\/p>\n

People flocked to social media to discuss the coiffure that the president was sporting during a speech in Las Vegas last month. <\/p>\n

\u201cIs Trump rocking a wig, or what the hell is going on here?\u201d journalist Rupar wrote<\/a> on X. <\/p>\n

The official X account for the Democratic Party shared a photo of Trump with seemingly thinner hair and wrote<\/a>, \u201cThis was Trump’s hair less than 3 months ago.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cTrump has a weave!!\u201d former congressman Kinzinger posted<\/a>. <\/p>\n
