He was rushed to a trauma centre with non-life-threatening injuries. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">A man is in hospital fighting for his life after a reported altercation and \u201cpossible stabbing\u201d in Brampton.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Peel Regional Police say their officers responded to the area of Yately Street and Clockwork Drive at around 10 p.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Police said there was a large police presence in the area and asked residents to avoid the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Paramedics tell CP24 they later transported an adult male, in his 20s to a local trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">It is unclear what led up to the altercation. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A man in his 20\u2019s was stabbed near Yately St. and Clockwork Dr. in Brampton.
