A man is wanted after a stabbing and several attempted carjackings in Brampton Sunday night.<\/p>\n
Peel Regional Police say the incidents happened near Clockwork Drive and Creditview Road at 10 p.m.<\/p>\n
The suspect first attempted to take a vehicle while the owner was sitting inside. <\/p>\n
During the incident the suspect allegedly stabbed the victim before fleeing the area on foot.<\/p>\n
The victim was taken to a local trauma centre with non-life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n
Investigators say the suspect then went to a nearby home, kicked in the front door and demanded the keys to a vehicle.<\/p>\n
He was unsuccessful and fled the house.<\/p>\n
The suspect then attempted to carjack two more vehicles in the area before again fleeing on foot. No one was injured during those attempts, police say.<\/p>\n
The suspect is described as a South Asian man between 25 and 30 years old with a slim build and a possible tattoo on his neck.<\/p>\n

He was reportedly wearing a grey sweater, light-coloured pants, black Crocs and a blue and white Toronto Blue Jays baseball cap. He was also carrying a black messenger-style bag over his shoulder.<\/p>\n
Police say the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. Members of the public are being warned not to approach him and to call 911 immediately if he is seen.<\/p>\n
