The late Anna Nicole Smith\u2019s daughter, Dannielynn Birkhead<\/a>, has gone full-on goth.<\/p>\n

Dannielynn turned 20 years old Monday and her father, Larry Birkhead, shared two new pics of her sporting a bold new look as he wished her a happy birthday on Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In one pic, Dannielynn rocks a striking bright red short hairdo while wearing an oversized black Ghost t-shirt from Hot Topic.<\/p>\n

In another pic, her hair is platinum blond, and she dons a black velvet off-the-shoulder dress, fishnet tights, black leg warmers and big sunglasses. Larry shared that the all-black outfit was from Hot Topic\u2019s collaboration with alternative and punk-inspired fashion brand Social Collusion.<\/p>\n

The photographer, 53, also shared two adorable throwback pics of his daughter as a little girl growing up.<\/p>\n

\u201cHappy 20th Birthday Dannielynn!\u201d he wrote. \u201c\u2764\ufe0f Love, Dad \u2764\ufe0f.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dannielynn got plenty of birthday wishes in the comments, including from Selma Blair, who wrote, \u201cHappy Birthday my beautiful friend!!!!\ud83e\ude77\ud83c\udf82. You are dear to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dannielynn showed off a shorter \u2018do with bangs at the Kentucky Derby in May<\/a>, though her hair was dip-dyed blond and black at the time.<\/p>\n

Larry also shared adorable throwbacks of his daughter. Instagram\/Larry Birkhead<\/p>\n

In one pic, the photographer holds Dannielynn up as they hug.<\/p>\n

\u201cDannielynn is rocking a fresh cut and \u2018goth-roc\u2019 style with her\u00a0@punkraveclothing\u00a0dress,\u201d Larry shared on Instagram.<\/p>\n

He noted that his daughter was \u201ccoming into her own\u201d with her style in an an\u00a0interview with People, sharing that \u201cshe wanted something edgy and cool\u201d when it came to her hairstyle, so she got one of her late mom\u2019s hairstylist friends to help her.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe chopped it all off and put some wild colors in it,\u201d he told the outlet. \u201cI was kind of bracing myself at the hair salon. I guess she\u2019s at the age to do what she wants to do.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dannielynn said her late mom \u201cmight like\u201d her new look in an interview with Access Hollywood.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cShe was cool, and I\u2019m cool, so,\u201d she reasoned, as her dad chimed in about the late Playboy model, \u201cShe would love it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Smith died in February 2007 from an accidental overdose of prescription drugs. She was 39 years old.<\/p>\n

In July, Larry blasted the upcoming film \u201cTrust Me, I\u2019m a Doctor,\u201d <\/a>which tells the story of Dr. Sandeep Kapoor \u2014 Smith\u2019s primary physician who was charged with illegally funneling excessive prescription drugs to her but was acquitted following a 2010 trial.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe absolutely object to any of Anna Nicole\u2019s, my life, my daughter\u2019s life being used in a movie,\u201d he\u00a0told \u201cEntertainment Tonight,\u201d adding, \u201cAnd being made characters out of someone [who] was a doctor that supposedly people were supposed to trust.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also shared of Dannielynn\u2019s response to the film, \u201cI don\u2019t wanna speak for her on this, but she had some choice words for this doctor and this project.\u201d<\/p>\n
